Tilman Burgert, PhD, is an experienced professional in the life sciences sector, currently serving as Geschäftsführer and Managing Director at Targenomix, a position held since September 2019 at Bayer. Previously, Tilman held roles in strategy and business consulting, including Director R&D and Senior Project Manager R&D. Prior to Bayer, Tilman worked as a Senior Project Manager at Genioo from March 2018 to August 2019 and spent several years at Accenture in various roles, including Manager and Consultant in Life Science R&D. Tilman's academic background includes a PhD in Biology from Max Delbrück Centrum Berlin and a Master of Science in Biochemistry from the Technical University of Munich, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Life Sciences from Universität zu Lübeck.
