Tarja Jalava is an experienced leader in clinical project management and customer engagement, currently serving as the Head of Customer and Study Engagement EMEA & LATAM and DCT Lead at Bayer since February 2017. Additionally, Tarja Jalava holds the position of Head of Clinical Project Management II for the Oncology Strategic Business Unit at Bayer and previously held the role of Head of Global Clinical Project Management for Specialty Medicine Oncology.
