Riitta Djupfors is a seasoned professional in device management and polymer science with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Currently serving as Associate Director of Device Management at Bayer, Riitta has previously held positions such as Senior Specialist and Expert Scientist at the same company. Additionally, Riitta gained valuable expertise as an Expert Scientist at Schering Oy and Leiras Oy, and worked as a Scientist at the Helsinki University of Technology's Polymer Science Centre. Early in the career, Riitta completed a trainee role in polymer development at Neste Oy Chemicals. Riitta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Process Engineering from Kokkola Institute of Technology and completed studies at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 1993 to 1997.
