Pierre-Etienne Couture is an experienced professional in the agriculture and food industry, currently serving as the EMEA Project Lead for Digital Farming Solutions in the Bayer Supply Chain since February 2019. In this role, Pierre-Etienne is responsible for managing a diverse team in Aquitaine, focusing on performance and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining Bayer, Pierre-Etienne held various leadership positions at Monsanto Company, including Distribution & Warehousing EME Lead and Head of Manufacturing Plant in Peyrehorade, overseeing operations and investments. Additional experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Labeyrie and Bonduelle, where responsibilities encompassed production management and process optimization. Pierre-Etienne holds a degree in Agriculture and Food Industry Engineering from UniLaSalle and has achieved a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
