Mark-Christoph Ott is a Bayer Senior Science Fellow in the CropScience division at Bayer AG since January 2020. Additionally, Mark-Christoph serves as a reviewer for public funding projects in Belgium with VLAIO - Flanders Innovation & Entrepreneurship since March 2016 and co-chairs the industry program at the European Bioinformatics Institute | EMBL-EBI since January 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Bioinformatics at Bayer Cropscience from September 2008 to October 2022 and Associate Director of Scientific Data Management at Tibotec & Virco from 2005 to September 2008.
