Keith Abrams has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at Bayer since 1999. Prior to this role, Keith held the position of Senior Counsel at Bayer HealthCare LLC from 1999 to 2002. Keith's career includes partnership at Rikvin, Radler & Kremer from 1994 to 1999 and at Gottlieb and Schwartz from 1989 to 1994. Earlier in the career, Keith worked as an Attorney at Continental Bank from 1985 to 1987. Keith earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
