Jan Wegner has extensive experience in inventory management and finance within the Crop Science division at Bayer, having held roles such as Head of Global Inventory Management, Finance Business Partner for Global Formulation Strategy, and Product Supply Site Controlling since October 2015. Prior to this, Jan Wegner completed a traineeship in Finance & Controlling at Bayer and served in the Bundeswehr with the Luftlandebrigade 26 from July 2009 to March 2010. Jan Wegner holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mannheim Master in Management and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, both obtained from the University of Mannheim, as well as experience from a semester abroad at Bentley University in Boston, USA.
