Ingo Floren is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and customer engagement, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Engagement Operations and Head of the Global Digital Transformation Program at Bayer since June 2016. Previously, Ingo held various leadership roles at Sanofi from August 2009 to May 2016, including Director of Digital Health for Diabetes & Cardiovascular globally and Head of Integrated Multichannel Marketing for the EMEA region. Ingo's career also includes management positions at I-D Media AG Berlin, a role as an author at Random House Inc., and experience in audio production and digital animation at Riverside Films. Ingo began the professional journey in multimedia production at Oxford University Press after obtaining a Diplom Kaufmann degree in Marketing and Strategic Management from Bielefeld University.
