Heping Yang is a Senior Science Fellow at Bayer, with a tenure that began in August 2018. Prior to this role, Heping Yang worked at Monsanto Company from October 2005 to August 2018, where positions included Associate Fellow, Senior Scientist, and Senior Research Scientist, focusing on trait development and technology innovation. Key responsibilities also included serving as the Genomics Strategic Platform Development Project Lead, overseeing people and project management, and leading the Molecular Development Team as well as the DNA Detection Project. Heping Yang was also the President and board member of Monsanto Asian Connection, where leadership facilitated network expansion to promote diversity and inclusion.
