Harsha M K is a seasoned professional in the agricultural sector, currently serving as a Territory Manager at Bayer since September 2024, overseeing all aspects of rice cultivation to ensure efficient and profitable production. Previously, Harsha held the position of Assistant Manager at Namdhari Seeds Private Limited from May 2023 to October 2024, demonstrating expertise in agronomy, crop production, and integrated pest management. Prior to that, as a Plant Protection Executive at Neo Foods Private Limited from December 2021 to May 2023, Harsha developed strategies for pest management and crop health in line with Global GAP standards.
