Haris Elhag has over 23 years of experience in the medical and healthcare sector, currently serving as the Associate Customer Intelligence & Solutions Manager - Patient Pathway Innovator at Bayer since 2007. Previous roles at Bayer include Specialized Therapeutic Consultant and Product Advisor. Before joining Bayer, Haris worked at Medical Center Sremska Mitrovica from 2000 to 2007 in the Emergency Department as part of the ambulance team. Haris holds a University Degree in Medical Laboratory Engineering from APEIRON University of Medical Sciences and a High School Diploma as a Medical Technician from Medical School "Draginja Niksic."
