Federico Vartorelli is an experienced professional in the agricultural biotechnology sector, currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Breeding Sustainability and Customer Technologies at Bayer Crop Science. Vartorelli has held several leadership positions, including Global Head of Breeding Customer Insights, Head of Breeding for Latin America, and Global Plant Health. Prior to joining Bayer, Vartorelli served as South America Breeding Director and Corn Breeding Director at Monsanto Company, overseeing operations in both South America and Latin America.
