Efe Capin is an experienced professional in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing and Engineering at Bayer Crop Science since August 2018. Previously, Efe held the position of Production Manager at HUNTSMAN - EMA from July 2017 to February 2018 and spent over 13 years at Colgate-Palmolive in various roles including Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Production Continuous Improvement Leader, and Production Team Leader. Efe's expertise includes leading continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing manufacturing processes. Earlier in their career, Efe worked as a Shift Supervisor at Baymina Enerji A.Åž., managing operations at a combined cycle power plant. Efe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Middle East Technical University, completed in 2001, and graduated from Bornova Anadolu Lisesi in 1997.
