Djordje Smiljanic is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as the ITSM Process Owner at Bayer AG since January 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing the Asset & Configuration Process. Djordje has previously held various leadership roles at Bayer AG, such as Senior Service & Performance Manager, Enterprise Architect, and EMEA Service Delivery Manager. Prior to joining Bayer AG, Djordje was the Head of IT Operations for South East Europe at Bayer d.o.o. from February 2006 to January 2017 and served as IT Manager at the Schering Representative Office from February 2002 to April 2006. Djordje's educational background includes studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Belgrade University and completion of the V Belgrade Gymnasium.
