Alessia Ricci is a seasoned professional in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a General Expert HSE EMEA and ESH Coordinator at Bayer Crop Science since August 2018, Alessia provides crucial support in managing workplace safety and environmental impact. Prior to this role, Alessia worked as an ESH Coordinator at Monsanto from December 2008. With a background as a junior environmental and civil engineer in private practice from June 2006 to December 2015, Alessia holds a degree in Environmental and Territory Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma. Additional qualifications include certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow and White Belt, as well as training as an ISO 45001:2018 auditor.
