Matt Novak currently serves as President of BayCare Health System since December 2022. Prior to this role, Matt Novak held the position of President at Mease Countryside Hospital and Mease Dunedin Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022. Earlier in the career, Matt Novak was President of St Joseph's Hospital-South from August 2016 to January 2019 and served as Director of Operations at Morton Plant Hospital from September 2009 to August 2016.
