Emily Allinder Scott, MHA, FACHE, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation and Service Line Officer at BayCare Health System, a position held since September 2020. Previously, Emily was the System Vice President of Clinical Integration at Baylor Scott & White Health. Boasting a robust background in healthcare management, Emily's experience includes roles as Vice President of Clinical Transformation and the Memorial Hermann Accountable Care Organization at Memorial Hermann Health System, as well as leadership positions at Saint Luke's Health System and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Emily holds a Master of Health Administration from The Ohio State University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business, and certifications in Lean Management and Six Sigma.
