Lindsay Rinehart is a skilled professional with extensive experience in fitness, nutrition, and education. As a Spenga Instructor at SPENGA since February 2020, Lindsay has guided clients in their fitness journeys. Lindsay has been self-employed as a Nutritional Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Group Exercise Instructor since June 2010. In addition, Lindsay has contributed to education as a Teacher at Bay Village Schools since August 2002. Previous roles include Group Exercise Instructor at LA Fitness and CycleStar at CycleBar. Lindsay holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Baldwin-Wallace College and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Kent State University.
