Jim Thomas

Director, Process Technology at Bay Valley Foods

Jim Thomas has been working in the Food Industry for over 40 years. Currently, Jim holds the position of Director of Process Technology at Bay Valley Foods. After leaving Bay Valley Foods, Jim took on a semi-retired role, exploring seasonal opportunities in the field. Prior to their time at Bay Valley Foods, Jim held the position of Associate Director in the Applications Group at Gerber Products Company. Jim earned their BS in Food Science & Nutrition from Michigan State University.
