Kevin L. is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in information technology management across various roles. Currently serving as a Technical Alignment Manager at Bay State IT since June 2023, Kevin previously held the position of VP of Information Technology at Mercury Business Services from November 2012 to December 2022. In that role, Kevin was instrumental in engineering technology solutions, managing a team to enhance software system reliability, and developing internal software that improved operational efficiency. Kevin also served as the Director of Information Technology at Mercury, overseeing IT functions and leveraging Six Sigma methodologies to optimize productivity. Earlier career experiences include positions as Senior Software Engineer at Harvard Medical School and Visibility, where Kevin worked on software development and migration projects.
