Tami M. Gunsch is a seasoned banking executive with extensive experience in retail banking and consumer financial services. Currently serving as the Chief Retail Banking Officer at Bay State Savings Bank, Tami provides leadership and vision to the Retail Banking Division. Previously, as Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Consumer Banking at Berkshire Bank, Tami orchestrated the integration of multiple bank acquisitions and led a diverse range of banking operations across 130 locations. Tami's earlier roles at Citizens Bank and Key Bank include significant contributions in sales management and branch expansion. Tami is an accomplished leader with a strong track record of achieving operational goals, executing successful incentive plans, and driving profitability. Tami's educational background includes degrees from Georgetown University, Babson College, and Fairfield University, along with leadership training from Leadership Tech Valley.
