The Leadership Team at Bay FC is responsible for setting the strategic direction and operational framework necessary to achieve the club’s mission of becoming the most valuable women’s soccer club in the world. This team oversees key areas including operations, brand marketing, global partnerships, revenue generation, growth and retention, human resources, communications, and government affairs. They work collaboratively to promote diversity, equality, and inclusion while uniting the Bay Area and the world through soccer.
