David Baldwin has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as Major in Law Enforcement Operations at the Bay County Sheriff's Office since November 1992, where responsibilities include commanding the Beach Precinct and field service assistance. Previously, David was a Deputy Sheriff at the Erie County Sheriff in New York and served as a Police Officer at the Lynn Haven Police Department. Educational qualifications include attendance at the FBI National Academy and FDLE Florida Leadership Academy, along with an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from Gulf Coast State College. David also holds certifications from UCSI in Underwater Crime Scene Investigation and FBINA 274.
