Miguel Montoya possesses extensive experience in program management and organizational leadership. Serving as Program Manager and Resident Counselor at Bay Area Community Services since June 2017, Miguel has demonstrated a commitment to community support. As the Founder and Executive Director Emeritus of C.R.I.L.A since June 2006, Miguel established a free clinic serving the special needs population and secured essential funding partnerships. Previously, Miguel held a consulting role on the Board of Directors for AHNCA and led Montoya Mart Real Estate, focusing on low-income housing initiatives. Miguel's entrepreneurial background includes ownership of Montoya Comercial, which comprised multiple businesses in Honduras, where significant retail expansion and community alliances for low-income loan programs were achieved. Miguel holds a Master’s degree in Civil, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras.
