Brad Heard serves as Director at BAB Facilities Group and Director of Operations at Bay Area Builders, Inc., both positions held since January 2016. With extensive experience in facilities maintenance, Brad oversees services including repairs, preventive maintenance, remodels, and tenant improvements across California, Arizona, Denver, and Las Vegas. Previously, Brad was Director at BAB Commercial, contributing to the launch of this new division from July 2021 to April 2023. Prior experience includes General Manager roles at Dimension Development for Courtyard by Marriott Cypress/Anaheim, Residence Inn Marriott Manhattan Beach, and a lengthy tenure at Marriott Hotels spanning 25 years in hotel and hospitality management.
