Hanna Muegge is a Senior Staff Specialist at the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, with prior experience as an Air Quality Planner II at the Monterey Bay Air Resources District, where responsibilities included preparing air quality plans and managing grants. A background in GIS was established as a GIS Technician for the City of Salinas and as a GIS & Planning Intern for the Association of Monterey Bay Area Governments. Additional roles included research and analysis on climate adaptation strategies with The Nature Conservancy and involvement in various capacities in the cycling community. Muegge holds a Master of Arts in International Environmental Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and German from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and Bradley University, respectively.
