Fran Anderson, MSM, serves as the Community Health Network Manager at Bay Aging, beginning in October 2021, focusing on developing a statewide integrated health network to enhance care for underserved and special needs populations. Prior to this role, Fran was the Director of Care Transitions at Anthem from December 2015 to November 2021, leading initiatives to reduce hospital readmissions and improve chronic condition management. Previous experience includes Director at Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia, overseeing community-based services for older adults and persons with disabilities, and Human Resources Director at Eggleston Services. Fran also holds a Master’s Degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Capital University.
