Gift Chatepa has extensive experience in retail and customer service management, currently serving as the Retail Services Manager at BaxterStorey since October 2008. Previous positions include Assistant Retail Manager and Senior Retail Supervisor at Goldman Sachs, as well as Acting Customer Service Supervisor at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Complementing a strong background in customer service, Gift has also worked as a General Customer Service Assistant at Barclays Bank and Freelance Computer Technician, solving IT-related issues for clients. Education includes a degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of East London, a Business and Administration Level 2 qualification from Moulton College, an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service from First4Skills, and a GNVQ in Business/Commerce from Newham College.
