Jack Fields has extensive work experience in contract manufacturing and business development. Jack started their career at The Dial Corporation in 1987 as a Manufacturing Services Manager. From 1996 to 2005, they worked at Sara Lee as a Strategic Manager for co-packed products. In 2005, they joined Baxters North America as the Director of Business Development and later became the Vice President and General Manager of Contract Manufacturing. In 2021, they moved to Baxters Food Group as the Vice President of Contract Manufacturing for Baxters North America. Jack also worked at The Wornick Co. as the Vice President of Contract Manufacturing. Overall, Jack has a strong background in contract manufacturing and has held leadership positions in multiple companies.
Jack Fields completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Personnel at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1981 to 1985. Jack further pursued their education at Western Illinois University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Finance from 1989 to 1992.
