Craig D'Epifanio has extensive experience in food manufacturing and operations management, primarily with Wornick Foods since June 1999, where roles have included Sanitation Manager, 2nd Shift Operations Manager, and Operations Manager - Assembly. Prior to that, Craig worked as a Sanitation Supervisor at Pierre Frozen Foods from August 1990 to June 1999.
