Kelly Rauen, MBA CPCU, currently serves as a Casualty Risk Manager at Baxter International Inc. since April 2024. Previously, Rauen held the position of Risk Manager - Insurance & Claims at Molson Coors Beverage Company from October 2020 to July 2024. Rauen's extensive background includes roles as Account Manager and Reinsurance Claims Specialist at Old Republic Risk Management, where experience encompassed insurance and risk management, treaty and facultative reinsurance, captive programs, claims handling, and retrocessional accounting from October 2014 to October 2020. Earlier experience includes positions at Johnson Insurance, American Advantage, Sedgwick, and Broadspire, where Rauen contributed as a Commercial Service Agent, Producer, Auto & General Liability Supervisor, and Claims Examiner III, respectively. Rauen holds a Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
