Andrew Baldwin MCIOB is an accomplished professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in pre-construction and bid management. Currently serving as Pre-Construction Director at Baxall Construction since March 2013, Andrew has also held roles as Pre-Construction Manager and Bid Manager. Prior experience includes working as Bid Manager at Osborne from September 2008 to March 2013, where responsibilities encompassed managing tenders for projects ranging from £1,000,000 to £25,000,000 and working closely with various stakeholders. Andrew began a prior tenure as Pre-Construction Manager at Haymills between September 2000 and March 2008. Educational background includes a BTEC HNC in Building Studies from Brighton Polytechnic and a BTEC ONC in Building Studies from Brighton Technical College, alongside a City & Guilds Advanced Craft Certificate in Machine Woodworking from Hastings College of Arts & Technology.
