Sofia Mattila has over 16 years of experience in the retail and design industries, currently serving as an Assistant Store Manager at Bauhaus Suomi since June 2007. Mattila's roles at Bauhaus have included Team Leader of the Interior Department and Deputy Team Leader of Bathroom World, focusing on bathroom and renovation project sales and design. Prior to this, Mattila was a self-employed designer offering home interior design services from 2006 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Interior and Furniture Design from Savonia University of Applied Sciences (2003-2007) and a Vocational degree in Business Administration and Management from TAKK, Tampere Adult Education Centre (2010-2011).
