Laura V. Morales has extensive experience in technology leadership, currently serving as Technical Leader at Baufest since March 2020, overseeing the "Flexibilidad y Entrega" project which leverages advanced cloud computing technologies. Concurrently, Laura holds a Technical Lead position at Galicia Bank and previously led projects at ICBC Argentina and Easy Argentina Cencosud. With a long tenure at Toyota Argentina from 1998 to 2019, Laura progressed from Junior Programmer to Project Leader, implementing quality control and project management practices. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from Universidad de Belgrano, a Diplomatura in Industria 4.0 from UTN FRRe, and dual postgraduate degrees in e-Business Management from Georgetown University and Universidad del Salvador.
