Carolina Abenza is a Customer Experience Specialist at Baufest since March 2018, with a strong focus on mobile application design and back-office consulting using agile methodologies. Previous roles include Senior UX Designer, Co-founder and UX Designer at SUUTIL, where Carolina developed a B2B web platform, and experience as a freelance graphic and web designer. Carolina has also contributed to education as a content creator for user interface and experience design at CEV. With a diverse background in interior architecture and design, Carolina has developed large-scale projects and worked internationally in graphic and interior design. Carolina's education includes certifications in UX and product design and a degree in interior design from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
