Juha Niva has over 18 years of experience in high-level audio sales, currently serving as Sales Director at Bauer Media Oy since August 2005, where leadership of audio sales teams in Turku and Helsinki is a primary responsibility. Prior roles at Bauer Media Oy include Sales Team Manager and Sales Manager, focusing on B2B sales, customer relationship management, and the development of tailored media solutions. Niva's earlier experience includes a position at Hiab Oy as Project Manager and Sales & Marketing Assistant, overseeing the implementation of the iScala ERP system and managing sales of truck-mounted forklifts in Finland. Niva holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Turku University of Applied Sciences.
