Uma Shankar Bharathala is a skilled BIM Konstrukteur with experience at BAUER Group since July 2020. Prior to this role, Uma worked as a Bauingenieur at Gananadha Housing and Infra Pvt. Ltd, where responsibilities included estimating construction costs and reviewing plans using AutoCAD and STAAD Pro from July 2014 to September 2016. Uma also gained valuable experience during an internship at Telangana State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited in 2013, contributing to the Vodithala Lift Irrigation Project by collaborating with project teams and detailing reinforcements for structural components. Uma holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Bauhaus-Universität Weimar (2016-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (2010-2014).
