Morgan Thalmann has five years of work experience, beginning in 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Buying/Merchandising Intern at The Farmers Daughter Boutique and a Merchandising Intern at Haskell Jewels, LLC. In 2017, they also worked as a Stylist at E.Leigh's Contemporary Boutiques. From 2018 to 2019, they held the role of Merchandising/Product Development Assistant at Ballet Jewels, and from 2019 to present, they have been a Senior Associate and Assistant in Product Development at BaubleBar Inc.

Morgan Thalmann attended the University of Kentucky from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a degree in Merchandising, Apparel, and Textiles with a focus in Business.
