Carmen Ferra has a diverse background in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Care Specialist in the Bed Bug Sector at Batzner Pest Control since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at SKYGEN USA and an Account Maintenance Specialist at Kohl's. Carmen also has experience as a Receptionist at Baird and held a significant position as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Northwestern Mutual for over 16 years. Carmen holds an Associate's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Bryant & Stratton College, Milwaukee, obtained between 1987 and 1989.
