Talita Joslin Caetano began their work experience as an Intern at the Laboratório de Tecnologia Enzimática da UFPR/Corn Products in 2007, where they focused on studying and developing the production of microbial biosurfactants. Talita then worked as an Intern at Fosbrasil in 2008, gaining experience as a Chemical Engineer. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Project Engineer and PCP Analyst at Louis Dreyfus Company, where they managed CAPEX budget, developed improvement projects, and utilized tools such as risk analysis and HAZOP. Talita then worked at REPAR Petrobras - Longen Engenharia as a Process Engineer from 2011 to 2012, developing automaton P&IDs and control systems for refinery plant improvement projects.
In 2013, Talita joined The Mosaic Company as a Process Engineer, where they led projects, implemented control measures for targets, and improved production and downtime rates through the Lean Manufacturing Project. Talita also participated in safety and cost reduction initiatives. From 2014 to 2015, they gained further experience as a Student and Worker at YMCA Canada, focusing on language improvement, cultural experience, and project management courses.
In 2017, Talita joined Yara International as a Process Engineer, working there until 2019. Their role involved various responsibilities, including planning production, controlling raw material and supplies storage, and participating in programs such as MOC (Management of Change) and ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 implementation.
After that, they worked at CLAFIS Ingenieus as a Process Engineer for a brief period in 2020. Talita then joined Hexion Inc. as a Process Engineer in the same year through a contract with Progressive Recruitment. Their responsibilities included reviewing equipment and line lists, conducting engineering studies, and performing processes safeguarding analyses.
Currently, Talita Joslin Caetano is working as a Process Engineer at Battolyser Systems, starting in 2022. Their role involves the development and integration of the Battolyser® system, as well as hands-on activities, supplier interface, and the development of engineering packages.

Talita Joslin Caetano has a diverse education history. Talita began their academic journey at the Universidade Federal do Paraná in 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering in 2009.
