Olga Niederstadt currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Battle Tested Security LLC, a veteran-owned company dedicated to supporting a veteran workforce of over 500 through benefit counseling and community building since October 2023. Prior to this role, Olga held the position of Human Resources Director at FreshPoint, Inc. from August 2022 to September 2023 and served in various capacities at Coastal Sunbelt Produce from July 2008 to November 2022, including Manager of Administration and Compliance as well as HR Generalist/Payroll Supervisor. Additionally, Olga has been a Group Exercise Instructor at Gold's Gym since May 2012. Olga holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University, completed between 2002 and 2007.
