Siddharth Sikka is an experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship and management. As a Co-Founder of Battery Smart since November 2019, Siddharth has been instrumental in the growth of the company. Prior to this, Siddharth served as Associate Director at a consulting firm from August 2016 to July 2019 and held the position of General Manager at Urban Company for a brief tenure in 2016. Siddharth co-founded Pods (TakePods.com), which focused on intra-city bus pooling in Gurgaon, from January 2015 to February 2016. Earlier experience includes a role as Field Engineer at Schlumberger in 2014 and as an Associate at Citizens for Accountable Governance from July 2013 to April 2014. Siddharth holds an Integrated B.Tech-M.Tech Dual Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, completed between 2008 and 2013.
