Tracy Shoberg

Deputy Director - National Legal Center On Children And Domestic Violence at BWJP

Tracy Shoberg serves as the Deputy Director at the National Legal Center on Children and Domestic Violence within the Battered Women's Justice Project since January 2020. Previously, Shoberg practiced as a Staff Attorney at Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc. from September 2017 to December 2019 and worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Debra Jacobson in the Minnesota Judicial Branch from August 2016 to September 2017. Shoberg's early career includes providing legal counseling at Tubman and gaining experience as a Law Clerk and Certified Student Attorney at Legal Assistance of Dakota County, Ltd. Additionally, research involvement at the University of Minnesota has contributed to Shoberg's expertise in legal issues surrounding domestic violence, family law, and gender studies. Shoberg holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
