Ray S. Enge, Ph.D. has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning and organization development. Ray S. began their career at Lockheed Martin as a Program Manager, focusing on strategic planning and mission integration. In 1999, they moved to Idaho National Laboratory where they held various roles, including Director of Strategic Planning and Director of Strategic Planning and Organization Development. Most recently, they served as the Chief Learning Officer at Idaho National Laboratory.

Ray S. Enge, Ph.D. earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Carroll College, where they studied from 1978 to 1981. Ray S. later obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, completing their studies between 1982 and 1986.
