Mark Holtermann currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Idaho National Laboratory, a key U.S. national lab, since August 2023. Prior to this role, Mark was the Vice President of Information Technology & Digitization at NAES Corporation, overseeing IT operations for numerous subsidiaries and reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors. Mark's extensive experience includes serving as Vice President of Technology at American Water, where accountability included enterprise systems and digital strategy, and as Vice President of Information Technology/CIO at Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, managing all technological aspects and digital strategies. Mark has held various leadership roles in technology and IT strategy at companies like Jarden Consumer Solutions, Nextera Energy/Florida Power & Light, and Capgemini Ernst & Young, among others. Mark holds an MIBA in International Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a BBA in Accounting & Management from The University of Memphis.
