Brandy Young is an experienced professional in human performance improvement and organizational processes, currently serving as a Human Performance Improvement Subject Matter Expert at Idaho National Laboratory since March 2020. In addition to this role, Brandy holds the position of Director of Operations at BushCo HPI, which specializes in performance improvement services for progressive organizations, and serves as a U.S. Senior Consultant with Paradigm Human Performance. Brandy also owns RigRack, a mobile power rack company. Previously, Brandy contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Bryan University, focusing on Health Information Technology. Brandy Young is pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Performance & Workplace Learning at Boise State University, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
