Elodie FRAIN is a seasoned HR and recruitment professional, currently serving as Chargée des RH & de la Formation at BATISANTE since January 2016. In this role, Elodie is responsible for recruitment processes and training initiatives across the group's subsidiaries in Ile-de-France and other regions, with specific tasks involving profile definition, sourcing, interview facilitation, and integration follow-up for new hires. Prior to this, Elodie gained extensive experience at G-FIT, where responsibilities included recruitment management, budget oversight, and partnership development with educational institutions. Elodie's early career also includes a position at the Centre national du cinéma et de l'image animée, focusing on data management and operational support. Elodie holds a BTS in assistant management from Lycée La Hotoie in Amiens.
