James Webb is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in sports-related public relations and communications. Currently serving as the Head of Communications & PR at Bath Rugby, James previously held the role of PR and Communications Manager at England Athletics, where responsibilities included leading media relations for the 2022 Commonwealth Games. As the founder of James Webb Communications, James managed media relations for the England women's football team during the 2019 ā€˜James Believesā€™ Cup and provided consultancy for various organizations. Notable prior experience includes serving as Communications Manager at The Football Association, where James managed communications for the England men's football team during the 2018 FIFA World Cup, and as Senior Press Officer at the Youth Sport Trust. James holds a BA (Honours) in Business, Sport and Recreation from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a postgraduate diploma in Journalism from The Cornwall College Group.
