Chelsea Smith, MBA, is an accomplished compensation management professional with extensive experience in developing and executing comprehensive compensation strategies across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Compensation at Bath & Body Works since June 2023, Chelsea previously held managerial roles at Safelite AutoGlass and FlightSafety International, overseeing compensation functions for large employee populations both domestically and internationally. With a strong background in compensation analysis and program design, Chelsea has also contributed to organizations such as Worthington Industries and EXPRESS, focusing on competitive compensation practices and analytics.
