Timothy Weil is a seasoned procurement and sourcing professional with extensive experience at Batesville since May 2016, currently serving as Manager of Sourcing and Supplier Development. In this role, Timothy leads a team of five commodity managers and buyers, including oversight of a buyer based in Mexico. Previous roles at Batesville included Sourcing Manager and Specialist Buyer, where responsibilities encompassed management of various commodities and freight spend. Prior to Batesville, Timothy gained experience at GE Aviation, JTM Food Group, AMEND, and Samtec Inc., focusing on product introduction, sourcing, and operations.
